CPC Project Services LLP
CPC Project Services LLP is an independent Management Consultancy, founded in 1990 and is focused on providing technical expertise to deliver infrastructure and transformational change projects. In 2014, CPC launched CPC Systems, bringing together rail systems engineering and project management consultancy services to support rail systems infrastructure upgrades. CPC Systems specialise in modern railway train control systems. We understand first-hand the challenges faced by global transport infrastructure operators to keep up with ever increasing capacity and performance requirements driven by rapid city population growth. We recognise the only way to meet this demand is by embracing the power of technology. Whether it be commissioning brand new high-speed lines or delivering world class performance from the aging transport infrastructures, technology holds the key. Our proven ability to understand and interrogate a wide range of rail environments and their systems, whether at the high level through process or at the low level via software protocols, we have been able to collaborate with end users and suppliers to build top down and bottom up flexible solutions which ensure the benefits of a more reliable and safe railway are achieved for the travelling public. Innovation is at the core of everything we do, we aim to find the solutions others cannot. This is demonstrated in the successful deployment of our proprietary Railway Diagnostic Tool (RDT) that has been integral to the delivery of safety and reliability improvements. RDT has supported CPC System’s successful introduction of Condition Based Maintenance (CBM) for multiple mass transit Communications Based Train Control (CBTC) railways. Whether it is increasing capacity, improving reliability, driving efficiency through CBM, producing feasibility studies or delivering safety critical system upgrades, CPC Systems has the capability to deliver modern solutions to meet the demands of the Digital Railway era.
