During his 35+ year career Harry has gained an understanding of risk management for Safe, Reliable and Compliant operations and likes to think he adds value by facilitating sound process safety and integrity decision making.

Harry has worked globally in R and D environments in Universities, government organisations and in Central inspection and corrosion engineering roles in Operations and Projects for power utilities and Upstream, Midstream and Downstream oil and gas companies.  Harry has been involved as a subject matter expert in the development of inspection and corrosion and integrity standards, procedures and systems.  This has included pioneering, implementing and optimzing facilities and pipelines asset integrity management systems, and managing time-based and risk-based inspection programs, turn-around scope rationalization and execution.    

In support of these efforts, Harry has been active on Corporate and Industry Committees and Institutes dealing with a wide range of asset types including pressure systems, pipelines, tanks, relief systems, etc.   His more recent roles have been to drive effectiveness and efficiency improvement in asset inspection and integrity management programs through benchmarking and review, verification, assurance and audit activities,
