London Branch – Early Career Professionals Presentation Event 2025 – now open for registration
The London Branch of the Safety & Reliability Society (SaRS) is delighted to announce that our very popular annual Early Career Professionals event is now open for registration. Come and hear three early career Safety & Reliability professionals present on interesting safety and reliability topics, followed by a Q&A and a prize for the best presentation (sponsored by Virkonnen Ltd). The event is being hosted by Mott MacDonald Ltd at their offices in Fleet Street, London. There will also be a networking/social drinks reception after the prize giving provided by SaRS.
This will be a joint in-person and online webinar event – registration to either attend in person or to join the webinar are provided below.
Our three speakers are:
- Takuma Yarwood of AFRY Solutions UK Limited presenting “The Human Element in Safety”
- George Papagiannopoulos of RSSB presenting “The Hyperlocal Train Derailment Model”
- Shania Chauhan of Abbott Risk Consulting presenting “Characterising gas hold up and release in granular waste suspensions”
Our speakers all have less than 10 years’ experience in Safety and Reliability and will be presenting about the interesting projects that they have been working on.
