Affiliate Membership

Organisations and companies can apply to become Affiliates of the Society.

To apply for Academic Affiliate membership please use the Affiliate application form. Please complete the following application form and either e-mail or post the form to our office.

Individual Membership

To apply for individual membership please select the appropriate membership application form and the Individual Guidance for Application from the list below.

You can either:

print the form, complete and send the hard copy to the office

or

Save the form to your PC, complete and e-mail.

Please note that we will need original signatures for proposers, seconders and applicants where applicable.

Affiliate Membership subscription fees for 2018/2019** are as follows:

Affiliate	£950
Academic Affiliate	£500
