R&M does not just happen it requires the development of
an understanding of the Capability Requirement to enable risks associated with
R&M to be mitigated through the generation of informed R&M
programme. The R&M Panel
(stakeholder group) enable interested stakeholders and subject matter experts
to provide such timely support, advice and guidance.
